Mrs. Velma R. Moore, 92, of Whiteville, TN was born on September 17, 1927. She passed away on April 15, 2020. Open visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2020 starting at 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Motley & Rivers Funeral Home. A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. at the Simon Chapel Church Cemetery. Please keep the family lifted up in prayer.
